What LudeFill is

LudeFill is an online PDF suite operated by LudeHQ (ludehq.com). It lets you edit and annotate PDFs, build and fill forms, collect e-signatures, convert and reshape files, and ask a built-in AI assistant for help. The convert tools run in your browser; documents you save are stored in your workspace on our servers.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use LudeFill.

Your account

You need an account (email and password) to save documents and use the editor, forms, and signing features. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use LudeFill.

Acceptable use

Use LudeFill only for lawful purposes. Do not upload content you have no right to use, do not use the service to distribute malware or spam, do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, and do not use the e-signature feature to impersonate anyone or to forge agreements.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes up to 10 documents, core editing, forms, signing, the convert tools, and limited use of the AI assistant.

The Pro plan costs €9 per month and includes unlimited documents, unlimited signature requests, the full AI assistant, and priority processing. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime, and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not issue refunds for partial months.

E-signatures

The signing feature is a convenience tool: it captures signatures, signer name and email, and a timestamped audit trail. It is not legal advice, and we make no guarantee that a document signed through LudeFill is valid or enforceable in any particular jurisdiction. You are responsible for making sure electronic signatures are appropriate and valid for your use case and location.

Your content

You own the documents you upload and create. We claim no ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process, and display your documents back to you and to the people you deliberately share them with (for example, signers you invite).

Termination

You can stop using LudeFill and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service; if we discontinue it, we will make reasonable efforts to give you time to download your documents.

Disclaimers and liability

LudeFill is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LudeHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Cyprus.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change we will note the new date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
