What we store

Account data: your email address and name.

Documents: the PDFs and files you save to your workspace, plus edits, form fields, and signatures you add to them.

Signature requests: the name and email of each signer you invite, and a timestamped audit trail of signing events.

Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only keep your subscription status.

The convert tools (merge, split, organize, images, optimize) run in your browser — files you process there are not uploaded unless you choose to save them to your workspace.

Legal bases

Providing the service, including accounts, document storage, and electronic signatures, is necessary to perform our contract with you under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Billing and tax records are processed to perform our contract with you and comply with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

We process security data and request logs for our legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing abuse, and diagnosing problems under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

The AI assistant processes the messages you submit at your request when you choose to use it.

Where it lives

Your data is stored in a Neon Postgres database and, for some files, in storage on Vercel infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit.

Neon and Vercel process data for us as database, file storage, and hosting providers. Stripe is our payment processor and receives billing information when you subscribe to Pro. Anthropic is our AI processor and receives the messages you send to the assistant. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

International transfers

Some of our providers, including hosting providers, Stripe, and Anthropic, may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

We set one session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics scripts.

AI assistant

When you use the in-app AI assistant, your messages are sent to the Anthropic API to generate replies. Under the API terms we rely on, that data is not used to train Anthropic's models. Do not paste sensitive information into the assistant that you would not want processed by a third-party API.

Retention

We keep your documents and account data until you delete them. Deleting a document removes it from your workspace; deleting your account removes your data from our systems.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, receive your data in a portable format, restrict processing, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Children

LudeFill is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
